A complete suite of state-of-the-art machines allows us total control of the production in our facilities, in addition to constant project supervision.
Our assembly equipment allows us to work with all kinds of materials:
BEME uses materials such as iron, steel, aluminium, Alucobond in its various forms, tubes, plates, solids, extrusions, etc. to produce items using a state-of-the-art machine suite, based on numerical control machining to process materials. These include cutting of both plates and tubes, differentiating between iron and aluminium, as well as punching, bending, machining, arc welding, TIG, wire, electro-welding, extrusion, etc.
These materials can be combined with others (wood, plastic, etc.) to develop products without leaving our facilities.
Our industrial carpentry facility we work with all kinds of materials: melamine, plywood, chipboard, DM, phenolic boards (compact), solids, etc. to develop and produce multiple products and customised projects, using an extensive range of state-of-the-art machines, based on numerical control machining for cutting, milling, engraving, grinding etc. and of course with highly qualified staff assembling these products, who can provide simple finishes to the most complex and elaborated finishes using high gloss lacquers.
We have a range of the most modern and state-of-the-art machines, including large
format, for printing on almost any material, from rigid up to 50 mm thick to flexible materials: tarpaulins and vinyls, for both simple and fast production, others of higher definition, through to large productions including the handling of these materials.

We have a paint booth for liquid lacquering of products: varnish, lacquer and high gloss lacquer.
We also use a range of epoxy paints for premium finishes and use powder coating for any metal parts.
For both cases we have a laboratory to manufacture any RAL.
This is all carried out within our facilities in order to maintain a continuous process flow, without interruptions due to external works.
